The "Casa Forno 1638" - The House Of Bakery, recently renovated, is a clear example of an excellent recovery of an ancient oven of 1600; in fact, the ancient architectural details used for baking bread have been kept so as to enhance the history of the building.

A particular attention has been paid to the recovery of niches and ancient stone vaults to preserve the past of the magnificent place.
